B1 Incline DB bench press 30'sx6,8,8,8
B2 EZ bent row 57x4x10
C1 Bar pushdown 45x4x12 (30s rest)
S1 Tricep @ 24kg x45s
S2 Pec flye EQI @ 10's x45s
S3 Upper back x45s
*Uneven lockout not as noticable as with close-grip (probably due to range of motion) but still noticable. Will increase unilateral movements as much as possible.
