Training:
2x15mins bike
1500: 1hr basketball
1900: 1hr gymnastics
Food:
1330: 3x chicken thighs
1700: 1x roasted sweet potato, 4 rashers streaky bacon, dates
2030: 2x burgers, mustard, guac, sweet potato fries (beef fat), sauerkraut
2130: 1x banana + few sultanas sautéed in coconut milk
