Day Six

Training: Day off.

Munchies:
1300: T-bone steak, sweet potato fries (beef dripping), bone marrow, dates
1700: 2 rashers streaky bacon
1930: Chicken "aromatic" curry (no chilli) w/coconut milk, butternut squash
2030: Coconana ice-cream (homemade coconut milk + banana)
