Training:
2x15mins bike
1500: 1hr basketball
1900: 1hr gymnastics

Eats:
1230: 2x chicken thighs, beef in coconut sauce, small sweet potato, banana
1730: 3x bacon
2045: Shredded chicken, bacon, sweet potato fries, salad w/olive oil dressing
