Days Eighteen to Twenty-Four
Slacked off on the blogging but not on the compliance! Still going well. Slight decrease in acne but that is all as it goes for the OFG.
Training has been the same, gymnastic strength 3x/wk, cycling up to 5x/wk, gymnastics, bball and sprints 1x/wk.
